LewdChat ("we", "us", "the Service") respects intellectual property rights. If you are a copyright holder (or their authorized agent) and believe that material posted on the Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice to us via email.

LewdChat does not maintain a registered DMCA agent with the U.S. Copyright Office and does not claim the safe harbor under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c). Notices are reviewed and acted upon in good faith as described below.

How to submit a notice

Send a written notice to dmca@lewdchat.com that includes all of the following:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list, if multiple works).
  2. Identification of the allegedly infringing material and information sufficient to locate it — specifically, a URL or clear description of where the material appears on the Service.
  3. Your contact information: full legal name, email address, and phone or mailing address.
  4. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete notices may be disregarded. We will review valid notices within a reasonable time and may remove or disable access to the material at our sole discretion. We may also forward your notice to the user who posted the material.

Repeat infringers

We may terminate access for users we determine to be repeat infringers, at our sole discretion.

False claims

Submitting a knowingly false or bad-faith takedown notice may expose you to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) and other applicable law. Do not abuse this process.

Counter-notices

If your content was removed in response to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was in error, contact us at the same email address with the details of the removal and your basis for disputing it. We will review and respond at our discretion.
