These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LewdChat ("we", "us", "our", "the Service", "the Site"), including lewdchat.com, webchat.lewdchat.com, and related properties. By accessing any part of the Site you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use the Service. Material on the Site is sexually explicit and intended only for adults. By accessing the Site you represent that you are of legal age and are not accessing the Site from any jurisdiction where adult content is prohibited.
Account-less, not consequence-less
The Service does not require registration. That does not relieve you of responsibility for your conduct. Every connection is logged (see our Privacy Policy), and we reserve the right to block IPs, networks, ASNs, user agents, VPN providers, or entire countries as we see fit.
Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to post, transmit, link to, solicit, or request:
- Content involving minors, incest involving minors, or any sexual content depicting or referencing persons under 18. Zero tolerance. Violators will be reported.
- Content that is illegal under applicable law, including non-consensual content, deepfakes of real persons, stalking, harassment, blackmail, or threats of violence.
- Bestiality, necrophilia, snuff, or other content prohibited by applicable law or our advertising partners.
- Doxxing, personal information about other users or third parties, or attempts to identify pseudonymous users.
- Malware, phishing links, or exploits.
- Spam, promotional content for competing services, chain messages, or repeated flooding.
- Impersonation of staff, moderators, celebrities, or other real persons.
- Evasion of bans, mutes, or moderator actions.
This list is not exhaustive. We may at our sole discretion treat other conduct as a violation.
Moderation and enforcement
We reserve the right to ban, mute, kick, shadow-ban, IP-block, or otherwise restrict any user at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice, with or without explanation. Bans and restrictions are final. We are not obligated to warn, reinstate, or justify any moderation action. Ban evasion results in extended restrictions applied to every account/IP we associate with you.
Your content
You retain ownership of anything you create and post. By posting it to the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, modify, and use that content in connection with operating, promoting, and defending the Service. This license survives termination of your access.

All text, graphics, code, designs, logos, and other material authored by us and not attributable to third parties is copyright LewdChat. All rights reserved. You may not copy, reproduce, mirror, scrape, or redistribute any part of the Site without our express written permission.
Third-party services and ads
The Service includes third-party advertising, affiliate links, and external-site integrations. We do not endorse or guarantee any third-party product, service, or content and are not responsible for anything that happens when you follow an external link.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. We disclaim all liability for any harm arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any content found there, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we, our operators, officers, affiliates, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to use the Service, which is $0.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or damage (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of our choosing. You waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.
