Contact LewdChat

LewdChat is run by people, not a support desk, so there is no ticket number and no phone line. There is a real person on the other end of every address below. Pick the one that matches what you need and it will get where it is going faster.

Something happening in a room right now

Use the chat, not email. Visit the #report room or open a ticket through ModMail on Discord, and a moderator can act while it is still happening. Screenshots help. This is the fastest route by a wide margin, and it is the right one for harassment, someone posting content they should not, or anyone who appears to be underage.

The community rules set out what gets acted on and how. Reports are read by the same moderators who write those rules.

Questions the site already answers

Before you write, the answer may already be somewhere. The FAQ covers cost, signup, what the rooms are, and whether the people are real. How LewdChat works walks through the whole thing end to end. About LewdChat covers who runs the site and how the guides get written. Everything binding lives on the legal page.

For conversation rather than a support question, the forum at talk.lewdchat.com is where the community talks about the community.

Your data

What we collect, how long we keep it, and what we will and will not delete on request is set out in the privacy policy. Read it before sending a data request, because it answers most of them directly. Anything it does not cover goes to privacy@lewdchat.com.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a phone number or live support chat?

No. LewdChat is run by a small team of moderators, not a call centre. Everything goes through email or through the chat itself, and a person reads all of it.

Something is happening in a room right now. What is fastest?

The chat, not email. Visit the #report room or open a ModMail ticket on Discord and a moderator can act immediately. Email is for things that are not urgent or that need a paper trail.

How long until someone replies?

Abuse reports made in the chat are usually handled while you wait. Email is slower because it is people rather than a ticket system, so allow a few days before assuming it was missed.

I was banned. Can I appeal?

Yes, at appeal@lewdchat.com. Include the nickname you used and roughly when it happened. Bans for posting other people's private images without consent are permanent and are not appealed.
